Trauma-Solutions
At Lisseth London Global Consulting (LLGC), we understand that trauma does not only affect the mind—it impacts the whole person: culturally, socially, spiritually, and psychologically. It also shapes how leaders, teams, and organizations function. That is why for the past decade, LLGC has advanced a unique Trauma-Solutions Approach, rooted in Ethnotraumatology™ and guided by the AIAER Model™.
Our approach goes beyond awareness—it provides practical, culturally responsive strategies to address trauma at its roots, not just its symptoms. We help leaders and organizations move from reactivity to resilience, from survival to growth, healing, and wholeness..
Our Trauma-Solutions Approach is built on five guiding principles:
Ethnotraumatology: Recognizing the cultural, historical, and systemic dimensions of trauma, especially for Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities (BIDEC)™, and embedding that understanding into every strategy.
Trauma-Informed Care: Creating safe, supportive environments that honor lived experiences and prevent re-traumatization.
Empowerment through the AIAER Model™: Equipping individuals and organizations to build capacity through a clear process—Assess, Inform, Apply, Empower, Resilience.
Solutions-Focused Practice: Centering actionable strategies, not problems, with tools that align policy, practice, and people.
Resilience-Building: Embedding practices that sustain well-being, adaptability, and innovation over time.
Trauma-Informed Resiliency Training (TIRT)
At LLGC, our Trauma-Informed Resiliency Training (TIRT©) is more than a workshop—it is a structured process built on the AIAER Model™. This ensures that every participant moves from awareness into measurable action, while embedding resilience into both personal and organizational systems.
Two pathways are available:
Trauma-Informed Workplace Training
This training is designed to use the AIAER Model™ framework that equips leaders, HR teams, and managers with tools to create trauma-resilient workplaces—spaces where staff feel safe, supported, and valued. The training also fosters sustainable organizational cultures that prioritize wellness, accountability, and belonging.
Trauma-Informed Advocate Training
Guides individuals, community leaders, and faith leaders to apply trauma-solutions in both personal and professional settings. This training fosters holistic engagement by equipping participants to navigate trauma, support others, and embody resilience in everyday contexts—anchored in the AIAER Model™.
With TIRT©, every step reflects Dr. London’s philosophy: trauma-solutions must be practical, culturally intelligent, and sustained through resilience.
