OUR METHODS, YOUR REASON

At LLGC, our methods are rooted in the Ethnotraumatology framework and the AIAER™ model, combining evidence-based practices like Forward-Facing Trauma Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with culturally responsive strategies. This fluid and adaptable approach ensures every partner receives support tailored to their unique context. Becoming a Trauma-Informed Resilient Partner means you are committed to strengthening your organization’s culture, building the skills to navigate adversity, and fostering environments where both leaders and teams can thrive.

Coaching& Consulting

  • At LLGC, we provide our partners with Behavioral Health Engagement & Trauma Coaching to address both personal and professional needs. Our coaching approach is rooted in strength-based, culturally responsive practices that honor the whole person. Rather than exposing vulnerabilities, we highlight individual and organizational strengths—equipping leaders and teams to navigate challenges with resilience and dignity.

  • We also offer Trauma-Informed Resiliency Training©, designed through the AIAER Model™ (Assess • Inform • Apply • Empower • Resilience). This training equips organizations with the tools to build, implement, and sustain their own Trauma-Informed programs. By embedding Ethnotraumatology principles, we help partners cultivate environments that prioritize safety, belonging, and resilience across all levels of leadership and service.

Assessments

At LLGC, assessments are the first step in the AIAER Model™ (Assess • Inform • Apply • Empower • Resilience). Our evaluations are designed to move beyond surface-level data, providing culturally intelligent, whole-person insights grounded in the Ethnotraumatology™ framework. Each tool is crafted to help leaders, organizations, and communities understand not just individual behaviors, but also the cultural, systemic, and spiritual contexts that shape them.

Available Assessments include:

  • Trigger Assessment — Identifies workplace or community triggers and stressors that impact safety, productivity, and belonging.

  • Internal & External Workplace Evaluation — A comprehensive review of policies, culture, and systems through a trauma-solutions and Ethnotraumatology lens.

  • Employee Assessment Service — Measures well-being, engagement, and resilience across diverse teams.

  • Compassion Fatigue & Vicarious Trauma Assessment — Helps leaders and staff recognize signs of burnout and secondary trauma, with actionable steps for renewal.

  • Impostor Syndrome Evaluation — Identifies patterns of self-doubt and performance stress through both psychological and cultural factors.

  • Grief & Loss Assessment — Explores personal and organizational responses to grief, rooted in both cultural and spiritual dimensions.

  • Holistic Wellness Assessment — Considers mental, physical, spiritual, and relational wellness as interconnected aspects of resilience.

  • Leadership Capacity & Engagement Assessment — Evaluates leadership strengths, blind spots, and resilience capacity within diverse cultural and organizational contexts.

  • Customized Assessments — Tailored tools co-designed with organizations to address unique needs within Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities (BIDEC)™.

Outcome:
Each assessment is paired with an Ethnotraumatology™-informed guide and AIAER Model™-aligned action plan, ensuring that results are not just diagnostic but lead to sustainable solutions, empowered leaders, and resilient organizations.
