MISSION-LLGC equips leaders, organizations, and communities to strengthen communication, engagement, and professional practice through a Trauma-Solutions Focused philosophy rooted in the Ethnotraumatology™ framework. By applying the AIAER Model™, developed by Dr. London. LLGC provides practical pathways for creating culturally intelligent, trauma-informed, and resilient systems that honor both people and purpose.

VISION-LLGC envisions a world where leaders and organizations address complexities with cultural humility, psychological safety, and spiritual awareness. Through the integration of Ethnotraumatology™ and the AIAER Model™, we help foster healthy relationships, resilient staff, and inclusive systems—empowering leaders globally to thrive in their roles while transforming workplaces and communities into safe, equitable, and healing environments.

GOALS: ASSESS. INFORM. APPLY. EMPOWER. RESILIENCE. (AIAER Model™)

AIAER MODEL™:

Dr. London did not create AIAER Model™ in a classroom. She did not design it in a moment of pure inspiration at a desk with her books neatly stacked on top of her open laptop. Dr. London created it in the messy, holy intersection of personal pain, cultural identity, and the spiritual calling to heal God’s people.

OBJECTIVES:

Grounded in the Ethnotraumatology™ framework, LLGC’s objectives focus on healing and leadership development that embraces the whole person—culturally, spiritually, psychologically, and socially—beyond Western perspectives:

  • Shift culture from tolerance to belonging and empathy by creating organizational climates where identity, history, and culture are honored.

  • Normalize mental health and spiritual well-being in workplaces and communities by recognizing culturally distinct understandings of trauma and resilience.

  • Strengthen partnerships through Trauma-Informed Resilience Training© that integrates the AIAER Model™ with attention to the lived realities of Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Community™ (BIDEC) groups.

  • Develop trauma-resilient workplaces and communities globally by embedding Ethnotraumatology-informed practices that account for intergenerational, systemic, and cultural trauma.

  • Advance the foundation of BIDEC™ through a trauma-informed, ethnotraumatology™ lens—ensuring that equity efforts move beyond token representation to true cultural responsiveness and systemic transformation.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

  • Centering BIDEC communities: We move beyond generic DEI frameworks to address the unique histories, resilience, and traumas of Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities (BIDEC)/Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).

  • Increasing cultural competence and humility for leaders, organizations, and entrepreneurs by equipping them to engage across cultural contexts with empathy and respect.

  • Customizing AIAER™-aligned tools that strengthen leadership accountability and inter-departmental collaboration through trauma-solutions strategies.

  • Supporting entrepreneurs and faith leaders to navigate business structures, organizational growth, and leadership transitions while staying resilient and culturally grounded.

  • Integrating the biopsychosocial-spiritual model into all services, ensuring leaders and organizations engage the whole person—not just Western frameworks of trauma care.
