Guiding Leaders and Organizations to Build Culturally Grounded, Resilient, and Trauma-Informed Systems.

At Lisseth London Global Consulting (LLGC), we provide Trauma-Informed Consulting & Coaching for entrepreneurs, executives, faith leaders, and organizational teams. Our approach is guided by the Ethnotraumatology™ framework and the AIAER Model™, ensuring that support addresses both personal and professional needs in a culturally grounded, whole-person way.
Trauma leaves its imprint not only on individuals but also on the culture and systems of organizations. Left unaddressed, it shows up as:
High turnover and burnout
Low morale and disengagement
Ineffective supervision and leadership breakdowns
Inconsistent productivity and performance gaps
Cultural misunderstandings and workplace conflicts
Resistance to innovation, growth, and change
Our Trauma-Solutions Focused philosophy transforms these pain points into opportunities for clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth.
Areas of Focus:
Leadership development rooted in resilience and cultural humility
Workplace assessments that identify systemic and cultural barriers
Support for grief, loss, and transitions
Addressing the effects of impostor syndrome and self-doubt
Building trauma-sensitive communication and conflict resolution skills
Preventing and recovering from compassion fatigue
Breaking through personal barriers to leadership and growth
Strengthening chain of command, organizational structure, and onboarding processes
At LLGC, we believe trauma does not have to be the final word. By embedding trauma-informed, solutions-focused, and culturally responsive practices, we help leaders and organizations not only heal but also thrive with clarity, purpose, and impact.
Meet Our CEO & Founder
Dr. Lisseth London is a bilingual international trauma specialist, human rights advocate, community health worker instructor, licensed clinical social work associate, and certified traumatologist. She holds a Master of Social Work and a PhD in International Psychology (Trauma Services specializations), and she has dedicated over 15 years to advancing trauma-informed leadership, resilience, and cultural humility across global communities.
As the founder of LLGC, Dr. London envisioned a space where Ethnotraumatology™—her signature framework—could transform how leaders and organizations respond to trauma. LLGC was birthed from both her professional expertise and her frustration with gaps in the human services field. Her mission is clear: to equip leaders, strengthen organizations, and empower communities through education, advocacy, and the practical application of her Trauma-Solutions Focused philosophy.
Dr. London’s work emphasizes the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities (BIDEC)™ while remaining inclusive to all backgrounds. Her expertise includes cultural competence and humility, transgenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and navigating ecosystems after cultural bruising. Through her AIAER Model™ (Assess • Inform • Apply • Empower • Resilience), she ensures that both leaders and organizations are equipped with the tools to reduce re-traumatization and sustain resilience.
Her philosophy is simple but transformative:
“Acknowledge the intrapersonal and interpersonal impact of every leader, and implement trauma-informed, culturally grounded tools that reduce harm and build lasting resilience.”
