Trauma-Informed Workplace Training (TIRT© – Workplace Track)
Our Trauma-Informed Workplace Training equips executives, HR professionals, and managers to design trauma-resilient organizational cultures. Grounded in the AIAER Model™ (Assess • Inform • Apply • Empower • Resilience) and guided by the Ethnotraumatology™ framework, this program moves beyond awareness to systemic change that honors identity, culture, and lived experiences.
What participants will gain:
Assess: Conduct organizational assessments to identify trauma triggers, systemic stressors, and their impact on employees and teams.
Inform: Build shared awareness of trauma’s effects, including cultural and intergenerational trauma, and provide language for trauma-sensitive communication.
Apply: Implement trauma-informed policies and practices that foster safe spaces, accountability, and support across all departments.
Empower: Strengthen leadership and peer networks to create inclusive, culturally humble environments where staff feel valued and engaged.
Resilience: Establish sustainable practices that improve employee retention, reduce burnout, and enhance workplace wellness and adaptability.
Trauma-Informed Advocate Training (TIRT© – Advocate Track)
The Trauma-Informed Advocate Training empowers individuals, community leaders, and faith leaders to apply trauma-solutions in everyday life. This program recognizes that resilience must be cultivated at both the personal and community level, especially within Black, Indigenous, and Diverse Ethnic Communities (BIDEC)™. Anchored in the AIAER Model™, participants will:
Assess personal and communal needs through a culturally and spiritually sensitive lens.
Inform themselves with trauma-responsive knowledge and practical tools.
Apply holistic strategies in relationships, ministries, and service work.
Empower themselves and others to navigate trauma and strengthen support networks.
Resilience: Sustain practices of self-care, advocacy, and healing that ripple outward to families, organizations, and communities.
This training emphasizes self-awareness, holistic engagement, and cultural humility while equipping participants to embody resilience in both personal and professional contexts.
